Q.1 - How to get my Authentication credentials.?
Ans - Reach out to your Delhivery account manager for the credentials.

Q.2 - What is login id, client id, Licence key/Authentication key required for plugin authorization.?
Ans - login id will be "username", client id will be your "client name" and the Licence key/Authentication key will be your "API/Token". All details will be shared by your account manager at the time of onboarding.

Q.3 - What is "Enable production mode".? what value needs to select.?
Ans - This is to switch between production and test environment. As this is ready to use plugin so always put "Enable production mode" yes and start working in production.

Q.4 - Can we see the Delhivery shipping rate at the checkout page.?
Ans - Plugin works as order management at the backend where you can process your order. it doesn't work on the website front end checkout page.

Q.5 - How can we delete the warehouse/pickup location.?
Ans - Warehouse/Pickup location can not be deleted. Please reachout to your Delhivery account manager and he/she will get this deactivated internally and the same will be removed from your plugin.

Q.6 - Is this plugin support the Multivendor model.?
Ans - No, this plugin doesn't support a multivendor model.

Q.7 - We have 2 accounts with Delhivery, one for Surface and second is for Express. Can we use both the account in plugin.?
Ans - Only one account can be used in the plugin.

Q.8 - How do we get our logo on the packaging slip.?
Ans - Upload your logo on the cl panel and the same will reflect in the package slip generated by the plugin.
